Hi, I’m Sierra! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Boise, Idaho. I am passionate about creating authentic relationships and a safe, collaborative environment.
I use a Brief Solution-Focused approach, integrating psychoeducation to help clients understand the “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and symptoms so they can create meaningful change. Grounded in Attachment Theory I support clients in cultivating a deeper sense of trust, connection, and compassion with others, and themselves. I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach, and often use gentle humour when appropriate to help ease nerves and make things feel more natural.
We’ll focus on what feels most important right now, begin identifying clear, realistic goals, and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, along with what has or hasn’t helped so far. You can expect a balance of practical discussion and deeper exploration, helping you start to make sense of your experiences while leaving with a clearer sense of direction. Rates & Insurance
Individual
I work with several insurance providers to help make therapy more accessible and affordable. I am in-network with Regence of Idaho, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and more, and can help you understand your coverage options before getting started.
$170 for an initial assessment session
$140 per 45-minute individual session
$160 per 55-minute individual session
Couples
Insurance typically does not consider couples therapy to be medically necessary, so it is not covered by most plans. For this reason, couples sessions are offered on a private pay basis, allowing us to focus fully on your relationship without insurance restrictions.
$200 for 55-minute initial assessment session
$170 per 55-minute couples session
